Our adult class is unique in that it provides a total body workout through curriculum with much greater variety than traditional exercise programs. Learn self-defense while relieving stress in a safe and supportive environment surrounded by other enthusiastic and motivated people.

It’s never too early to develop self-esteem and self-control. Our Little Tigers class is a fun way for 4 & 5 year olds to improve listening, focus, and coordination child while making new friends.

Each party is filled with specially designed activities and games, making it possible for every child to have fun while learning basic Tae Kwon Do skills. Additionally, there is no prior martial arts experience required to participate...so everyone 4 & up will be able to join in.
